PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out tape-winding work on an elongate member routed in a small space while reducing work burden.SOLUTION: A tape-winding device comprises: a double rack; a sector gear engaging with the double rack; a groove structure which extends to the rotation axis side along a radial direction of the sector gear and through which an elongate member extending in the rotation axis direction can be inserted together with a tape to the rotation axis; another sector gear engaging with the double rack; a support member supporting the double rack movably in the extension direction thereof; and a motor fixed to the support member and causing the another sector gear to rotate. The groove structure comprises a bottom wall and a pair of side walls. When the elongate member is inserted to the rotation axis, the bottom wall can restrict movement of the elongate member in one direction, which is opposite to an opening relative to the rotation axis. The pair of side walls can restrict movement of the elongate member in directions orthogonal to both the one direction of movement and the rotation axis direction. The groove structure can rotate integrally with the sector gear about the rotation axis so that the bottom wall turns around the elongate member inserted together with the tape to the rotation axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
