Abstract:
To provide a tape winding device capable of accurately winding a tape around a wire.SOLUTION: The tape winding device is a device for winding a tape around a wire. This device comprises a rotating body having a recess recessed toward the center at a part of the outer periphery, a housing member provided inside the recess and having a groove capable of receiving a wire rod, and a rotational drive unit for rotating the rotating body and a tape supply unit that supplies a tape, one of which is an adhesive surface and the other is a non-adhesive surface, of the main surfaces on both sides toward the recess. The gap between the inner surface of the groove and the wire is smaller than the gap between the inner surface of the recess and the wire. Therefore, in this aspect, the position of the wire is easily stabilized at the time of the tape winding operation as compared with the aspect in which the wire is housed in the recess without providing the housing member. As a result, the tape can be wound around the wire with high accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
