Abstract:
To provide a tape winding device capable of winding an adhesive tape on two work-pieces in a state where a part of the deformed adhesive tape is inserted into a gap between the two work-pieces.SOLUTION: A tape winding device 1 comprises a first work-piece holding unit 10 (10a and 10b) for holding a first work-piece W1, a second work-piece holding unit 30 for holding a second work-piece W2, and a tape winding unit 40 for winding an adhesive tape T on an outer peripheral surface of the first work-piece W1 and an outer peripheral surface of the second work-piece W2. The second work-piece holding unit 30 moves the second work-piece W2 along the outer peripheral surface of the first work-piece W1 in one direction and brings the second work-piece W2 into contact with the adhesive tape T drawn from the tape winding unit 40, thereby deforming the adhesive tape T to form a deformed portion. A part of the deformed portion is relatively pushed into a gap between the first work-piece W1 and the second work-piece W2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
