Abstract:
To provide a tape winding machine having excellent roll tape winding performance and capable of suppressing displacement of an object from on the rotation center axis of a rotary plate and performing appropriate tape winding with a simple device structure having no mechanism for cutting the tape to a fixed length and feeding the tape.SOLUTION: A tape winding device equipped with a rotary plate 5 driven to rotate within a plane orthogonal to an object 8 comprises radial-direction moving means for rotating a roll tape 1 on the rotary plate and moving the roll tape in a direction for approaching the object. The roll tape moves to a position where the non-adhesive surface of the outermost layer of the roll tape comes into contact with the object as a result of winding a tape previously pulled out from the roll tape on the object without pulling out a tape from the roll tape and moving the roll tape in the direction for approaching the object. Then, the non-adhesive surface of the outermost layer of the roll tape slides into contact with the object, and a tape is pulled out from the roll tape to be wound on the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
