PURPOSE: To erase friction between a tape and a traveling guide or to reduce the friction at least by back-coating the power body of a superconductor and to obtain the structure of the traveling guide to generate a magnetic flux.
CONSTITUTION: A back-coat layer to include the powder body of the superconductor is provided in a base film 11. As a superconducting material, a normal superconductor is used, for example, or a material, in which a superconducting critical field temperature is in the middle of a room temperature and the boil point of liquid fluorine, is used and cooled by the liquid fluorine. Thus, the so-called Meissner effect is generated to remove a magnetic flux, which is generated by a traveling guide 5, from the inside of a tape 1 and buoyancy is received so that the tape 1 can be separated from the traveling guide 5. Then, when this buoyancy is enough strong, the tape 1 is completely floated from the traveling guide 5 and the friction is erased. When the buoyancy is small, the buoyancy is decreased.
