PURPOSE: To improve the taping quality by equipping two fixed rollers which are provided to be rotatable to a rotor, and a tension roller of which the pressing force varies in response to the tension of a tape to unify the pull-out force of the tape.

CONSTITUTION: Two fixed rollers 30, 31 are provided to be rotatable on a rotor 7 in such a manner that they make a line with a tape reel 9 and a tilted roll 13, and a tension roller 32 is provided to be rotatable at a location which forms a vertex of a triangle with the fixed rollers 30, 31 on the rotor 7. A pressing force of the tension roller 32 to respective fixed rollers 30, 31 is varied in response to the tension added to a tape 15 of the two fixed roller 30, 31 and tension roller 32, to change the pull-out force for the tape 15. Therefore, even when the tape diameter of the tape reel 9 becomes small, the tape 15 always can be fed by a fixed tension, and the tape 15 can be wound around a body to be taped 16 by the fixed tension.
