Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taping method and a taping device capable of excellently sticking an insulation tape without the need for tool replacement in spite of variance in wire diameter, warpage, etc.SOLUTION: A taping unit 12 has a rotatable sticking rod 47 and a rotatable sticking rod 51 arranged radially opposite in a radial direction of a jumper wire 38. An insulation tape 11 gripped with tape grip pieces 32, 33 is stuck and set on a side face of the jumper wire 38, and then the taping unit 12 moves to the left on the whole and a tip part of the sticking rod 51 moves onto a peripheral surface of the jumper wire 38 to stick the insulation tape 11. When the taping unit 12 is moved to the right, the sticking rod 51 and jumper wire 38 are disengaged from each other by a cam shaft 53 and then the sticking rod 47 on the left side moves onto the peripheral surface of the jumper wire 38 from below to stick the remainder of the insulation tape 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
