To solve a problem found in a conventional tapping faucet that a passage between a beer inlet and a beer feeding-out port is long, there are much amount of bubbles left at the plug after the bubbles are discharged and a smooth flow may not be attained when the beer flows at the bubbles.
An intermediate barrel section 65 of a valve rod of a movable valve 64 is provided with a beer suction hole 70A. An extremity end barrel 66 of the valve rod of the movable valve 64 is provided with a bubble discharging hole 70B in such a way that the discharging hole may be communicated with the beer suction hole 70A. The bubble discharging hole 70B is arranged at a location near the beer feeding-out port 69. During bubble applying operation, the beer bubbles can be discharged through the bubble discharging hole 70 near the beer feeding-out port 69 in response to an operation of a handle. In addition, an annular ring 71 having flow regulating slots with many axial slots is freely inserted at an outer circumference of a movable valve 64 in such a way that it may be freely operated so as to enable a flow of beer to be smoothly carried out.
