Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target board loading device which loads target boards conveyed in predetermined order so that the target boards are packed in the predetermined order, and a conveyance system.SOLUTION: A conveyance system includes: a target board mounting device which mounts target boards at a predetermined mounting position, a packing device which packs each predetermined number of target boards P mounted at the predetermined mounting position, a target board loading device 8 which loads every predetermined number of target boards packed by the packing device, and a conveyance device 9 which conveys the target boards mounted at the mounting position by the target board mounting device to a packing process through the packing device and target board loading device 8. Then the target board loading device 8 includes a first loading mechanism 81a which stacks a plurality of target boards, conveyed in predetermined order, in the order of the conveyance, and a second loading mechanism 81b which stacks the stacked target boards again in the order from a target board stacked as an upper layer.
