A target motion analysis method includes: a detection step for detecting the target by a sensor; a generating step for generating detection azimuth and detection frequency of the target detected by the sensor, detection time detected, and target detection information containing position information of the sensor at the detection time; a calculation step for calculating a detection region which can receive a signal by the sensor; and a first estimation step for estimating a position of the target after limiting a region where the detection region of the sensor and the detection azimuth of the target are overlapped with each other as a presence area of the target by using the target detection information of the sensor and the detection region.
