Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami mat (rush mat) housing box unit and an installing device therefor capable of simply exchanging tatami mats by freely setting the opening/closing directions of an upper cap so as to directly set to the wall of a building without requiring a stopper in particular.
SOLUTION: This tatami mat housing box unit 1, has a tatami mat housing box 3 of a square type of a half size of the standard tatami mat size respectively consisting of the square box body 5 with its upper end opened and an upper cap 6 whose rear end part is pivotally supported to the rear end part of this box body 5 to attach in the state capable of opening and closing the upper end opening of the box body from a front end part side and which mounts a tatami mat 7 in the state of being openable and closable on its upper face, plurally arranged as prescribed number of tatami mats, and then, adjacent housing boxes are mutually integrally connected.
