Title:
TAYLOR REACTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2022045589
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To prevent the heat generated in a seal member from affecting a reaction chamber.SOLUTION: A Taylor reactor has an outer cylinder 61, an inner cylinder 70 that is rotatably disposed in the outer cylinder 61 and forms an annular reaction chamber 84 in a space with the outer cylinder 61, and a ring-shaped reaction chamber sealing member 90 that is attached to the inner cylinder 70 in integrally rotatable manner and seals the reaction chamber 84 in air-tight or liquid-tight manner. The reaction chamber sealing member 90 has a basal part 91 to be in contact with the outer peripheral face of the inner cylinder 70, a thermal barrier part 92 that projects from the outer peripheral face of the basal part 91 and is contact with a fluid in the reaction chamber 84, and a lip part 93 that projects from a position on the opposite side to the reaction chamber 84 across the thermal barrier part 92 out of the outer peripheral face of the basal part 91, and is in elastic contact with a reaction chamber sealing face 64 of the outer cylinder 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
