Abstract:
To provide a TDM traffic cell and a TDM buffering technique for packing the TDM traffic cell in a communication system.
This TDM buffering technique has a header section 4102 provided with a signaling section 4105 and a data section 4104. That signaling section 4105 contains plural first bits, these plural first bits contain signaling bits from a digital signal, that data section 4104 contains plural second bits following the plural first bits, and these plural second bits contain PCM samples from the digital signal. Besides, that data section contains PCM samples from plural digital signals. Further, that header section contains header information containing asynchronous specified headers.
