To solve the problems of a feeder in an existent tea dispenser, which comprises a storage part or raw material container for storing tea leaves and powder material and a quantitative tea leave replenishing part, wherein unshielded steps through which the tea leaves and powder material are passed cause them to fly about in and soil the tea dispenser in a tea dispensing operation and the like and cause the tea dispenser interior to need cleaning frequently, and an exposed feed of the tea leaves and powder material through the steps may result in an intrusion of foreign matters such as dust into them.

A tea dispenser comprises a water boiling part for boiling up water, a crushing part for crushing tea leaves into powder tea, and a powder tea feeder for quantitatively feeding the powder tea crushed in the crushing part to a container, and dispenses tea by feeding the powder tea from the powder tea feeder to the container and pouring the hot water thereinto. The steps of the crushing part, powder tea feeder and the like where the tea leaves, dust tea and powder tea are passed are shielded from the exterior with a lid member to thus prevent the tea leaves, dust tea and powder tea from flying into the tea dispenser body.
