Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make an infusion of tea (tochucha) which is transparent in solution without turbidity and excellent in the appearance and also the feeling of tongue and taste, by constituting a material sheet of tochucha tea bag with a laminate sheet including at least a two-layer non-woven cloth.
CONSTITUTION: A material sheet of tochucha tea bags having the front face layer and the rear face layer is constituted of a laminate sheet including at least a two-layer non-woven cloth. The rear face layer is made of a thermoplastic non-woven fiber cloth and the front face layer is made of a non-woven cloth which is not melted even in a higher temperature by 30°C than the melting point. And at least one layer is formed from the laminate sheet including a non-woven cloth made of extremely finer fibers than 10 micron in the mean diameter and tochucha tea is charged in the laminate sheet. The resistance of water pressure of the laminate sheet measured on the basis of JIS L-1092 A method is specified to be 100mm or lower. And time mean diameter of pierced holes measured by ASTM F316-86 standard bubble point method is specified to be 15-25 micron m.
