PURPOSE: To reduce a work burden by calculating the slippage of the work position at a program making time and the work position at correcting or reproducing time and providing the correction means for correcting the program of a robot based thereon.
CONSTITUTION: The work position at a program making time is stored in a control device U. The work position at the program correcttime or reproducing time is also stored in the control device U. The stored working time work positional data are compared with the the correcting time work positional data in the control device U and the slippage of the both is calculated. The program is corrected according to this slippage and aligned to the previous program. The program made previously is corrected by the corrected correction program thus made. As a result, the need for severely regulating the work position is eliminated at the program making and correcting times and the work burden is reduced.
