Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching system which can facilitate teaching work to a robot, a robot system and a teaching method.SOLUTION: This teaching system comprises a data acquisition part, and a job creation part. The data acquisition part acquires data including an initial posture of a tool in a robot which performs work for holding and rotating a workpiece by a tool, a final posture of the tool, a rotation center axis of the workpiece, and a rotation angle around the center rotation axis of the workpiece. The job creation part creates an actual job program for operating the robot so that the tool takes the final posture when the workpiece is rotated at the rotation angle around the rotation center axis after the tool is brought into the initial posture on the basis of the data which are acquired by the data acquisition part.
