PURPOSE: To facilitate the manufacture of a distribution valve having a tee configuration by providing a main hole by passing through a block made of a rigid material, drilling a stem cavity 24 of the valve to communicate it with an inlet port of the valve, and communicating a branch hole crossing the main hole orthogonally with an outlet port.
CONSTITUTION: A main hole 14 is provided by passing through a single block 12 made of a rigid material and is communicated with an inlet port 18 of a stem cavity 24 of a valve 16 by a passage 28. A first branch hole 30 and a second branch hole 32 crossing the main hole 14 orthogonally are provided in the block 12, and their axial lines are vertical and above the main hole 14. The branch holes 30, 32 are communicated with outlet ports 20, 22 of the cavity 24, respectively, and an area of the main hole 14 is about 1.5 times that of the branch holes 30, 32. Consequently, a distribution system in which many branch lines extend from a single feed line can be easily constructed by connecting the blocks 12 and mounting this tee pipe.
