Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially display information inputted from the television conference device of a prescribed conference hall to the other conference hall by preferentially transferring data to an application which continuously transfers large amount of data when an operation which is to be displayed on a real time basis is generated. SOLUTION: A preferential event detection means 5 detects the generation of an event by means of the operation which is to be displayed on a real time basis, by the input of a mouse 81, a tablet 82 and a keyboard 83 and the operation of an indication device, for example. When the preferential event detection part 5 detects the generation of such operation, data transfer interruption commands C2 are informed to the applications of the television conference device 1 which continuously transfers large data and a file transfer part 2. When the input of the mouse 81 and the indication device are continuously operated for prescribed time, data is preferentially transferred to the application which continuously transfers large amount of data.
