PURPOSE: To use an idle channel for talking and to utilize the line effectively by providing a radio transfer control means operated independently of picture transmission control means and a system state management means allocating a communication channel to a communication means to the telematic terminal.

CONSTITUTION: Radio transfer control sections 5,6 receiving a call request from slave sets 11,12 of a cordless telephone set request dialing to a system state management section 1. The management section 1 confirms an idle channel to command of dialing to an opposite equipment to channel control sections 7,8. When a reply comes from the opposite equipment, a communication changeover control section 2 connects the control sections 5,6 receiving the request and the control sections 7,8 to implement talking processing between the slave sets 11,12 and the opposite equipment. Moreover, when a line control section 9 receives a call from the opposite equipment and the call relates to talking, the management section 1 confirms the idle control sections 5,6 and rings a bell of the slave sets 11,12 and connects the control sections 7,8 and the control sections 5,6 receiving the reply when the reply comes to inform it to the slave set and the opposite equipment. Thus, the line is effectively utilized.
