PURPOSE: To securely send the presence of a message to an interphone unit where a resident is absent without specific operation like the operation of the message switch of a center telephone call device.

CONSTITUTION: The center telephone call device 1 has a control means 10 which performs control so as to send a message command signal from a signal transmitting means 12 to a called interphone unit 2 when the calling of an interphone call to the interphone unit 2 ends or after that, and this control means 10 is so constituted as to cancel the transmission of the message command signal to the called interphone unit 2 when a line for the interphone call is connected to the interphone unit 2 as the called destination of the interphone call.
