Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow an attendant board serving the connection service by the operator to serve also the number guide service.
CONSTITUTION: When a number inquiry call comes to the operator, a mode changeover software 9 executes the changeover of the pattern mode and the restoration to the initial state after the end of retrieval. In the number guide mode, a number guide software 10 executes number retrieval with a number guide database. Thus, an attendant board of employing a personal computer is remodelled for the number guide service and both the connection service and the number guide service are served.
