Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize speedy, anonymous and safety payment by providing a portable electronic device transmitting encoded sequence, a private voice host computer and a computer on account management. CONSTITUTION: The system is used for a specified service, off-track betting ticket system, for example. The private voice host computer SVS connected to a telephone line converts a voice signal received from the portable electronic device J transmitting encoded sequence SQ into data processing data and it is inputted to a computer OA through a network TD. The computer OA transfers sequence SQ and related information to the account management computer OGC. The account management computer OGC decodes the sequence SQ of encoded data belonging to the electronic device J used on respective transactions to be executed, identifies a corresponding account and fills credit or debit in the account in accordance with the transaction to be executed.
