Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize function buttons by grouping plural extensions, setting the function buttons at every extension group, changing-over the extension groups and enabling using the function buttons of another group.
SOLUTION: This system is constituted by accommodating plural telephone sets 20 having the plural function buttons capable of registering function into a private branch exchange system (PBX) 10 and by being connected to a public network with a trunk line 30. Then, the plural telephone sets 20 are divided into the plural extension groups (for example, the extension groups 1 and 2) and the function buttons are controlled by group unit so that the allocation of the functions to the function buttons is identical in the telephone sets which belong to the same extension group. The trunk line 30 is also divided into plural trunk line groups in a same way. When the trunk line is caught from the extension, control is executed so as to catch the trunk line of the same trunk line group number as an extension group number.
