PURPOSE: To provide a telephone set free from the loss of parts which are used to put the telephone set on a wall.

CONSTITUTION: A pedestal 50 for a desk freely attachably and detachably set to a telephone set main body 1; and when the telephone set is put on a wall, the pedestal 50 for desk is detached and the engaging hole of a main body lower case 3 is hooked on a hook 70 fixed to the wall by a screw to suspend the telephone main body 1 on the wall. This telephone set is so constituted that the hook 70 and an attaching screw 80 by which the hook 70 is fixed to the wall are stored in the cavity 55 of the pedestal 50 for desk at the time of putting the telephone set on a desk.
