PURPOSE: To execute a call while a call time and a frequency are always con firmed by equipping the display function of a call frequency in addition to the display of the call time.

CONSTITUTION: When a user executes a dialing, a frequency calculating circuit 6 reads the call time per frequency, which is suitable and stored in an IC card 2, through an IC card access circuit 5 by a dial number reading circuit 3 with the information of a read dial number. Next, when the call is started, the fre quency calculating circuit 6 calculates the frequency of the call by the call time of a call time counter 5 and the call time per frequency. A call time and frequency display circuit displays the call time and the call frequency in real time by this information. Thus, the call can be executed while the call time and the frequency are confirmed.
