PURPOSE: To make a difference amount of a talking charge clear by printing out each talking charge onto a printer together with a command and a code corresponding to a bypass route when a line bypassed automatically is used for a line commanded from an extension terminal equipment.

CONSTITUTION: External circuits 3, 6 and a switch circuit 9 are connected to plural kinds of lines 4, 7 whose talking charge system differs via extension circuits 2-1-2-m, and the kind of the lines is commanded from extension terminal equipments 1-1-1-m. In this case, a central control section 10 acquires other kind of line based on a line busy state or congestion state independently of the line of the designated kind to make bypass calling automatically. A talking charge management equipment 11 stores talking charge system data for each of plural kinds of lines and in the case of bypass calling, each talking charge by the actually commanded line is outputted to a journal printer 12 together with a code corresponding to the bypass route. Thus, the command and the bypass route and a difference from the talking charge are made clear.
