PURPOSE: To assemble from a vertical pipe having a length of about several m till a long-sized pole having a several tens m easily and quickly and change and adjust finely the height of the pole freely, by performing rotating operation and connecting operation on the ground.

CONSTITUTION: When a revolving shaft 3 is rotated by rotating means of a handle, a gear, and a bevel gear, an intermost vetical pipe 111 of a plate 411 with a threaded hole which is engaged with the lower part of a screw part (a) of the shaft 3 rises, and a connection part 511 between the lower part of the pipe 111 and a vertical pipe 110 is fastened by screws 5'. thereafter, when the shaft 3 is rotated furthermore, pipes 110 and 111 are lifted up, and a plate 410 with a threaded hole of the pipe 110 is engaged with the screw part (a) and is lifted up in accordance with the rotation of the shaft 3 and is connected to a next vertical pipe 19 in the connection part. These lift up and connection operations are repeated to assemble a high pole, and the height of the pole is determined by the number of connected vertical pipes, and the height is adjusted finely by the rotation of the shaft 3.
