Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the image pickup interval of one frame with simplified constitution.
CONSTITUTION: A CCD type solid-state image pickup body 1 for standard broadcasting system is provided, and the frequency of a vertical synchronizing signal supplied to the driving circuit of the CCD type solid-state image pickup body 1 is set at the one of n-times (n:positive integer) that of the vertical synchronizing signal of a video signal of standard broadcasting system, and the horizontal lines of the image pickup parts in the ranges of 1 to (1/n) of the CCD type solid-state image pickup body 1 are light-shielded with a tape 3, etc., and the number of horizontal lines is multiplied by (n) by setting the vertical synchronizing signal of the video signal outputted from the CCD type solid-state image pickup body 1 as the frequency of standard broadcasting system, and an image pickup signal with the frequency set as the one of standard broadcasting system can be received by a receiver of standard broadcasting system.
