Abstract:
PURPOSE:To record a video signal and, simultaneously, to record a teletext, signal onto the tape of a video tape recorder (VTR) with the changeover of a switching circuit, by connecting the serial circuit of a teletext receiving part and an RGB encoder part to convert the output of the teletext receiving part to the video signal and connecting the output side of the RGB encoder part to the switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a switching circuit 5 is switched to a contact 6 side of one side, the ordinary video signal demodulated through an RF tuner part 2, an IF part 3 and a video detecting part 4 is recorded by a recording and reproducing part 7 of the VTR. When the switching circuit 5 is switched to a contact 10 side of the other side, the teletext is sampled from the video signal at a teletext receiving part 8, a conversion to the video signal is executed at an RGB encoder part 9, and the video signal of the teletext is recorded by the recording and reproducing part 7. Thus, the video tape recorder and the teletext receiver can be unified, and simultaneously, the teletext can be recorded.
