Abstract:
PURPOSE:To share a printing means with terminals of plural teller machines and to heighten the use efficiency of the title device by providing the printing means only for a first teller machine terminal and connecting a second teller machine terminal through an in-line transmission line to the first teller machine terminal. CONSTITUTION:Plural electronic cash registers ECR1a, and 1c are connected each other through an in-line data transmission line 2 used for a local area network, and a printer 3 is built in the ECR1a. A ROM8 to respectively store a printing processing routine and a printing starting processing routine is connected to an in-line transmission interface 7 connected to a CPU4 of each of the ECR1a, 1b, and 1c. While transmitting and receiving buffers 91 and 92 and a printer existence flag storing area 94 are provided for each ROM8 of the ECR1a, 1b, and 1c, a printer status flag storing area 94 is provided for the ECR1a, and a printer built in machine number storing area 93 is provided for the ECR1b and 1c.
