Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a temperature alarm device for a circuit breaker capable of performing a preventive maintenance before the occurrence of an accident such as a fire by sensing any abnormal temperature rise in the vicinity of contacts.
CONSTITUTION: Temperature sensors 8 are arranged in the vicinity of the contacts 4 and 6 of a breaker. When the temperature of the contacts is abnormally raised, an alarm is issued by the function of the temperature sensors 8.
