To provide a temperature compensated oscillator, communication equipment and an electronic appliance capable of outputting the output signal of a desired frequency in a short time by low consumption power with low phase noise in simple constitution.
The temperature compensated oscillator is provided with a voltage controlled oscillation circuit 21, a temperature compensation circuit 22 for outputting a temperature compensation voltage signal, a filter circuit 23 with a capacitor for removing noise voltage included in the temperature compensation voltage signal, a power switch circuit 26 for supplying the circuit 21 and the circuit 22 with power to be supplied for a power source terminal VCC in accordance with a standby signal STBY, and a voltage holding circuit 27 to hold the voltage of the capacitor of the circuit 23 by the circuit 27 when the supply of power to the circuit 22 is stopped.
