PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-compensated oscillator, a control method for the same and radio communications equipment, with which phase noise of an output signal can be reduced, frequency of the output signal is stabilized in a short time and responsivity of control is also not poor.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a filter means 23 for removing noise contained in a temperature-compensating voltage Vc1, a switch means SW1 parallel connected to this filter means 23 and a power control means 26 for controlling the supply of power to a voltage-controlled oscillation circuit 28 or the like, and when starting the supply of power to the voltage-controlled oscillation circuit 28, the power control means 26 turns on the switch means SW1 for a prescribed period.
