Title:
TEMPERATURE COMPENSATED PIEZOELECTRIC OSCILLATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3189662
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized temperature compensated piezoelectric oscillator capable of easily and inexpensively obtaining the signals of an oscillation frequency stable against the change of an ambient temperature.
SOLUTION: This temperature compensated piezoelectric oscillator 10 is composed of a stabilized power supply circuit 1, a temperature compensation circuit 2a for inputting an output voltage V1 outputted from the stabilized power supply circuit 1, a voltage controlled oscillation circuit 3 for inputting the output voltage V2 outputted from the temperature compensation circuit 2a and a buffer amplifier circuit 4 for inputting the output voltage V1 of the stabilized power supply circuit 1 and high frequency signals outputted from the voltage controlled oscillation circuit 3. Then, the temperature compensation circuit 2a is composed of a resistor R1, an NTC thermister Th serially connected to the resistor R1, the resistor R2 parallelly connected to the serial circuit of the resistor R1 and the NTC thermister Th and the resistors R3 and R4.
