Title:
TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION ELECTRONIC TUNING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58104517
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the desired tuning characteristics without using a temperature compensation capacitor, by providing temperature compensation with a tuning control signal programmed in advance and corresponding to temperature information of an electronic tuning circuit.

CONSTITUTION: An electronic circuit 1 requires a tuning circuit consisting of active elements such as transistors or passive elements. The tuning circuit consists of a coil 2, a capacitor 3, and a variable reactance. A variable reactance control circuit 5 is formed so that the information 8 of a temperature sensor 6 becomes a reactance control signal 7 via an A/D converter 9, an ROM 10, and a D/A converter 11. The circuit constant of the tuning circuit is changed due to the change in ambient temperature and the tuning frequency changes, then the characteristics are programmed as a control signal in the ROM 10 depending on temperatures, the signal 7 is changed with the information of the temperature sensor 6, allowing to keep a constant tuning frequency independently of ambient temperatures.
