A reference temperature recording means 40 recording a detected value of a temperature detecting means 10 which is formed on the same substrate with a piezo resistance bridge 2 is provided, and the detected value of the temperature detecting means 10 under an optional temperature environment is recorded in the reference temperature recording means 40 as reference temperature data, and, when a piezo resistance bridge type sensor 1 operates, the reference temperature data is subtracted from the detected value of the temperature detecting means 10 for deriving the temperature change amount from the reference temperature data, and a temperature correction value which is derived by multiplying the temperature change amount and a specified conversion coefficient together is added to the output signal of the piezo resistance bridge type sensor 1.
