Title:
TEMPERATURE CONDITIONER AND TEMPERATURE CONDITIONING METHOD FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE EXHAUST GAS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3844941
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature conditioner preventing the adhesion of a volatile component and a molten dust component and effectively conditioning the temperature of the high temperature exhaust gas.
SOLUTION: A cooling water atomizing nozzle 5 atomizing a cooling water heading for almost the center of high temperature exhaust gas flows blown in from a gas blowing inlet 2a through an exhaust gas introduction conduct 3 to prevent segregated flows, reducing the flow velocity of high temperature exhaust gas is provided on the upper section of a temperature conditioning column 2 of the temperature conditioner 1, and a plurality of first stage cooling jet nozzles 6 so jetting the cooling water as to form downward facing circulated gas flows along the inner wall of the temperature conditioning column 2 is provided on an annular plane of a first expanded stage section 21, while a plurality of second stage cooling gas jet nozzles 6 so jetting the cooling gas as to form the downward facing circulated gas flows along the inner wall of the temperature conditioning column 2 are provided on the annular plane of a second expanding stage section 22 below the first expanding stage section 21.
