Title:
TEMPERATURE CONTROL DEHYDRATING APPARATUS FOR RESIN PELLET AND METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014020665
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent resin pellets from adhering to each other by cutting low melting point resin in low-temperature circulation water, and prevent the dew condensation in a dehydrator, a centrifugal dehydrator, and each pipe arrangement by agitating the resin pellets in hot water, thereby completely drying the pellets.

A temperature control dehydrating apparatus for resin pellets and a method thereof of the present invention are a configuration and a method for acquiring dried resin pellets (5) of low melting point synthetic resin by preventing the adhesion of the resin pellets (5) to each other and the dew condensation in pipe arrangements, etc. by dehydrating a primary slurry (6) consisting of the resin pellets (5) cut with an underwater cutter (2) and low temperature circulating water (4) by the first dehydrator (7), dehydrating a secondary slurry (25) which is formed by agitating the resin pellets (5) in a water bath (20) into which hot water is put, by the second dehydrator (33), and dehydrating it by a centrifugal dehydrator (8).
