Abstract:
To provide a temperature control device capable of gradually changing the temperature of a load into a target temperature when controlling the temperature of a load to be a target temperature, while controlling the temperature even in the middle.SOLUTION: In each of a plurality of given timings (lapsed times) in a target arrival time td, a time lapse set temperature Tn for a load W is calculated from a target temperature gradient Sa (S3), and the time lapse set temperature Tn is compared with a time lapse measured temperature Tm input from a measurement input part 50 (S5). Then, a control output part 53 controls a heating part 3 and a cooling part 4 on the basis of a result of the comparison of the time lapse set temperature Tn with the first-half time lapse measured temperature Tm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
