A liquid storage tank 2 includes lid bodies 22-24 closing an upper face opening 25 of a container body 21 storing cooling water W. The heat exchanger 4 controlling the temperature of the cooling water W is arranged so that piping connection parts 41a, 41b to which recovering piping 13a, 13b is connected are positioned on the upper side of the liquid storage tank 2, and the circulating pump supplying the cooling water W to a temperature control target and recovering the cooling water W from the temperature control target is arranged so that a piping connection part 31a to which a water supply pipe 11 is connected and a piping connection part 31b to which a water supply pipe 12 is connected are positioned on the upper side of the liquid storage tank 2. A shallow pan-shaped liquid receiving part P1 is formed in a portion below the piping connection parts 41a, 41b and a portion below the piping connection part 31b in the lid body 22.
