To realize a temperature control type heat roller capable of realizing the prolongation of a service life and high speed heating and responding to processing speed at high speed in the case of systematizing with other digital equipment, and having no irregular temperature in an electrophotographic device such as a copying machine or a printer.
A high-temperature coefficient resistor layer 21 is film-formed on the surface of an insulation layer 20 consisting of a polyimide resin sheet or the like by a screen printing method, and further the polyimide resin sheet or the like is stuck as an insulation layer 24, then an aluminum foil being a heat reflection layer 26 is stuck to the surface of the layer 24, whereby a heating resistor sheet 8 is produced. Then, a cylindrical body provided with a releasing layer preventing the tight adhesion of developer toner on the outer peripheral surface of an aluminum pipe stock is prepared, and the sheet 8 is stuck to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, whereby the temperature control type quick heat roller is completed. Since the heating member exists inside, wear and damage are avoided and the service life is prolonged, and all the surface of the cylindrical body is heated at high speed by the resistor layer. Therefore, a standby time is eliminated and a high speed system with other electronic equipment is realized.
