CONSTITUTION: A control part 20 is constituted of a main set computing part 21 for setting up temperature based on data relating to the quality, diameter and thickness of a target 12 to be heated and objective temperature θS and an arithmetic and control part 22; a correction part 30A is constituted of a deviation computing part 31 for inputting the object temperature and detected temperature θD and calculating a deviation value between both the temperature values θS, θD the answering speed control part 32 for adding a line speed element to the deviation value and controlling a response speed, an auxiliary integration part 37 for integrating the remainder of a quotient or a decimal value generated by the control part 32, a comparing part 38, and a temperature integrating part 33.
