Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease and absorb a sudden fluctuation of a temperature fluid without enlarging a temperature controller and bringing a large energy loss by making the pass flow rate of a return path for heat generation part to be larger than that of a return path for temperature adjusting part when the temperature fluctuation exceeds a prescribed range. SOLUTION: A cooling-side bulb control part 53 obtains the temperature difference from the temp. of a temperature fluid stored in a cooling-side temperature adjusting part 41b based on the detection temperature of the temperature fluid, detected by a cooling-side temperature sensor 52. When the temperature difference is within a fluctuation range which is previously set, the pass flow rate of the temperature fluid to a return path for cooling-side temperature adjusting part 49 is set to be larger than that of the temperature fluid to a return path for cooling-side heat storage part 51. When the obtained temperature difference exceeds the fluctuation range which is previously set, the pass flow rate of the temperature fluid to the return path for cooling-side temperature adjusting part 49 is set to be smaller than that to the return path for cooling- side heat storage part 51.
