Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain temperature characteristics with an invariably less ripple even in case of variation in heating value by varying a duty cycle according to the heating value of a controlled system and obtaining a time-division control signal for set temperature. CONSTITUTION:When the voltage of the minus terminal of a comparator CP2 drops below that of the plus terminal, an output A goes up to a level High. Then, the 4th terminal of an IC timer 4 goes up to High. At this time, a copy start signal 9 is in a redy state and at High. An analog switch 2 is therefore on and a timer 4 oscillates 4 with the time constant of R1, R3, and C1. Its oscillation pulses are applied from the 3rd terminal of the timer 4 to one input terminal of an AND circuit 5 as a signal C. Therefore, when the output B of a comparator CP1 is at High, the output B is divided on the time axis by the oscillation pulses C to obtain the output D of the circuit 5. Further, the voltage of the minus terminal of the CP1 drops, the output B goes down to Low and the circuit 5 turns off. Thus, when the heating value of a control terminal is less, the ratio of feeding to a heater 7 is set corresponding to the duty cycle determined by the R1, R3, and C1.
