Abstract:
PURPOSE:To always stabilize the function of a temp. detection sensor by providing a spring between a rod shaft made of a heat-resistant metal and the core conductor of a lead wire. CONSTITUTION:One end of a spring 14 is connected to a metal rod shaft 13 by soldering or resistance welding and the other end thereof is connected to the core conductor of a lead wire 16 and a metal part by mechanical clamping and soldering. A pipe 15 made of a heat-resistant metal is inserted in a flange 4 under pressure to be welded and fixed thereto and the periphery of the waterproofing packing of the pipe 15 is mechanically clamped to fix the packing 9 and the wire 16. Thereafter, the metal bolt 5 for fixing a temp. detection sensor is inserted and an earth wire 10 is bonded to the flat part subjected to mechanical clamping of the pipe 15 by resistance welding. As a result, even when repeated load is applied to the lead wire in a P-direction by vibration, the spring buffers the load and the electrode of a thermistor element 1 and the electrode of the rod shaft 13 made of a heat-resistant metal are always brought to a good contact state and the function of the temp. detection sensor is stabilized.
