A plant control system includes an active noise cancellation processing unit 5 for combining a digital temperature signal 501 obtained by performing A/D conversion of an analog temperature signal being an output of a temperature detector 1 installed at a process field P of a plant with an antiphase digital noise signal 503 being an antiphase of a digital noise signal included in the digital temperature signal and canceling the digital noise signal included in the digital temperature signal, and outputs a digital temperature signal 504 from which a noise signal is attenuated or eliminated by the active noise cancellation processing unit 5.
