A control unit for this temperature indicator for freezer temperature works as follows: signals of the freezer temperature TR detected by a thermosensor are sampled every 60s and stored in the control unit as the sensed temperature data T; next, among the data T thus stored, the data T for -13°C and -17°C which are each 2°C in the difference from a set temperature of -15°C are replaced by correction to -14°C and -16°C, respectively, which are values toward the set temperature side; thereafter, among the data T which is a part of corrected and replaced, the average value for the most recent five data is calculated, and the result is displayed on a temperature display as the indicated temperature A'.
