Abstract:
To provide a system with which it is easy to manage the temperature of workpieces when heating the workpieces that are conveyed from the upstream side to the downstream side with a heater.SOLUTION: Provided is a temperature management system 100 comprising: a heater 20, a radiation thermometer 30, a shield member 40, and a workpiece temperature estimation unit 50. Workpieces are conveyed from the upstream side to the downstream side via the heater. The heater heats the workpieces conveyed from the upstream side to the downstream side, and the radiation thermometer is arranged downstream of the heater and measures the temperature of the workpieces heated by the heater at a position downstream of the heater. The shield member is arranged between the heater and the radiation thermometer and shields infrared rays between the heater and the radiation thermometer. The workpiece temperature estimation unit estimates the temperature of the workpieces when being heated by the heater, on the basis of the workpiece temperature measured by the radiation thermometer and the cooling characteristic of the workpieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
