Abstract:
To provide a temperature measuring method and a temperature measuring device that can accurately measure the temperature of a slab regardless of the presence or absence of scales and/or water on the slab.SOLUTION: A temperature measuring method according to the present invention includes: a measurement step of measuring a spectral radiant spectrum from a slab having at least three or more wavelengths different in spectral radiant ratio at the same temperature; a determination step of determining, by using the spectral radiant spectrum measured in the measurement step, the presence or absence of scales and/or the presence or absence of water on the slab at a point of measurement of the spectral radiant spectrum; and a calculation step of calculating, based on a result of determination made in the determination step, the temperature of the point of measurement from the spectral radiant spectrum measured in the measurement step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
